Ryse Recon EVTOL May Soon Be Flying Across A Ranch Near You

North Carolina Time

Farmers and ranchers have a lot of land to cover and a lot of work to do in a day. Ryse Recon was designed with these facts in mind, as it was created to quickly move rural users from place to place.

Currently being developed by American startup Ryse Aero Technologies, Recon is a personal eVTOL aircraft (electric vertical takeoff and landing).

The company says the final version of the car will weigh less than 300 pounds (136 kg), have a range of up to 25 miles (40 km), a top speed of 63 miles per hour (101 km / h) and the ability to take off and land both on land , and on the water. It will also use six independent power systems, each of which, in turn, will be powered by a removable battery – meaning operators will be able to quickly replace discharged batteries with freshly charged spare ones if needed.
